Unlike Microsoft, Google sometimes knows how to do basic things. A regular Google account will do the job for you. You do not need to download or buy expensive third-party apps. Now you need to figure out how to convert CSV contacts to VCF.Specify where Outlook should save your contacts from Exchange that you want to move to iCloud.On the next step, select Contacts and click Next.For some reason, Outlook does not allow exporting contacts in the VCF format. That option lets you export contacts from Exchange and import them to your iCloud account. Outlook will open a new Import and Export Wizard window, where you need to select Export to a file.Now, click the File button in the upper-left corner of the screen.Click the contacts button in the bottom-left corner of the app.Wait for the app to sync all changes, such as mail, calendar events, and contacts. Make sure you have signed in with your Exchange account. Launch the Outlook app on your Windows computer or Mac.Although the process requires some manual work, it is effective and does not take too much time. It allows you to export existing contacts in CSV or VCF-files, which are cross-platform compatible. Scroll down to contacts, and toggle Sync phone contacts off.You can also move contacts from Exchange to iCloud using the Outlook app on Windows or Mac.From the Chats screen, then tap the menu button.From the Chats tab, select your profile picture.Keep in mind when you stop sharing your device contacts, those who aren't on Skype will be removed. You can easily turn Sync your contacts off in settings.

Note: If you add any new contacts to your Mac address book, you will need to manually refresh your contacts in Skype Settings.

You can opt out of search in your mobile or desktop privacy settings at any time. You'll know who is on Skype and your contacts will also find you more easily in search. When you sync your address book, we add your device contacts to Skype where they are periodically synced and securely stored.
